Liv Breads is coming to Bergen County, and we're building the team that will bring our bakery experience to Westfield Garden State Plaza.

Since opening in 2018, Liv Breads has built a reputation for exceptional artisan sourdough breads, laminated pastries, specialty coffee, and fresh seasonal food. As we continue to grow, we're seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-driven individuals to join us as Retail Associates and Shift Supervisors at our newest location.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an opening team and help establish the culture, standards, and guest experience of a new bakery from day one. Whether you have hospitality or customer service experience, or are an experienced supervisor looking to help launch a new location, we're seeking people who take pride in their work, enjoy connecting with others, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are comfortable adapting as we build and refine a new operation.

At Liv Breads, every team member plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests. Team members will be cross-trained across guest service and bakery operations, building a broad range of skills while supporting one another in delivering the quality, consistency, and hospitality that define our brand. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to help shape the growth and success of our newest location from day one.

Retail Associates create exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality, product knowledge, and support of the daily operations that keep the bakery running smoothly.

Shift Supervisors lead by example, guide and support team members, oversee daily operations, and help ensure every shift reflects the standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality that guests expect from Liv Breads.

About Liv Breads

Founded in 2018, Liv Breads operates locations in Millburn, Short Hills, and Paramus, and has become a destination for artisan sourdough breads, laminated pastries, specialty coffee, and seasonal café offerings throughout Essex County and beyond. We are looking for team players enthusiastic to work in an expanding business focused on fostering a collaborative environment.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
