REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS: 1.Patience, sense of humor, flexibility, consistency;2.Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent;3.Knowledge of Schools;4.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;5.Ability to work cooperatively with school staff and administration;6.Ability to supervise and work cooperatively with students;7.Ability to provide instruction as outlines in substitute plans;8.Proven ability to work independently;9.Decision making with minimal supervision; accurate, efficient, and capable handling of complex assignments;10.Respect of confidential information;11.Willingness to maintain an appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1.Position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 pounds occasionally;2.Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict effectively;3.Job is performed in a school setting with occasional outside weather conditions.;4.Ability to work in a typical school environment with inside and outside environmental conditions, extreme temperatures, noise and hazards.
