Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Littleton, CO, for a Special Education Coordinator. The Special Education Coordinator will provide leadership for district instructional progeans and other support services. This role involves collaborating with teachers, students, and parents to provide support and guidance, creating individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, and monitoring student progress. The cooridnator will supervise and evaluate staff to promote professional growth, as well as to improve district programs and services. The coordinator will also provide professional development and training for staff, act as a resource for special education best practices, and support educational leadership within the school district.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years teaching experience and 3 years administrative experience

- Relevant certifications in Special Education or a Related Service
- Hold, or be qualified to hold, a Colorado Principal or Administrative license
