Responsible for processing and managing financial transactions for the high school, including overseeing the activities of the bookkeeping office, receiving and processing purchase orders and deposits, managing procurement cards for the school, managing imprest checks, processing fees, and fines, managing petty cash, preparing/reconciling cash boxes, processing journal entries and budget subs, running and distributing financial reports, preparing and submitting extra duty payroll and meeting with administrators as requested.

Great customer service and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, students, and parents are required. Experience with Infinite Campus and school financial procedures is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is a full-time temporary position from approximately 4/20/26 through 6/18/26. This position is not benefit-eligible.
This position is 8 hours a day/40 hours a week.
