In this fast-paced, important data entry position, you’ll ensure that inventory (including single items, sets and more) moves efficiently from various locations in the building. By using computerized inventory systems, you’ll be an essential part in accurately recording and accounting for where product is at all times. Primary responsibilities include:
- Ability to identify U.S. coins by denomination, date and mint mark (will train)
- Creating specialized documents for personalized orders
- Performing stock adjustments and reassignments
- Accurately track documents to update computerized inventory
- Performing inventory maintenance tasks as planned
- Processing and tracking internal requisition requests
Qualified applicant will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 20/20 corrected vision
- Excellent numerical aptitude/retention
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills
- Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets
- Good organizational & interpersonal skills
