Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with 3 to 5 years of large law firm labor and employment law experience to join the Chicago office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience, including single plaintiff employment litigation, wage and hour class/collective action experience, and handling agency charges. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Illinois. Pursuant to Illinois regulation, the salary range for this position is $225,000 to $255,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
