Position: Assistant Floater Teacher

Who We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Classroom Operations: Design and guide a dynamic, developmentally appropriate learning experience.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate trust and communication with children and their families.
- Create a Safe & Positive Space: Maintain a welcoming, clean, and nurturing classroom every day.
What You Bring:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- TCC or CDA is a major plus!
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Â Must pass a background check

Full Time, Rotating Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
