About the Position: Little is hiring! We are looking for the perfect addition to our busy team in our Portland, Maine location. This is a full-time retail position (36-40 hours per week) with room to grow. Nestled in Portland’s Old Port, Little offers high-quality, beautifully made children’s ware that inspires joy. Our storefront is bustling, and we need retail associates with the energy and motivation to thrive in our boutique! Working harmoniously as a team is essential, as is making everyone who enters the store feel comfortable and welcome. The full-time retail sales associate would be part of an outgoing, self-motivated, team-orientated (and coffee-loving) group. Days are spent multitasking: assisting customers with warmth and assertiveness and keeping the store bright and beautiful.
