Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their playing experience
- Operate POS systems such as Square
- Keep customers informed on monthly events
- Maintain cleanliness by picking up after the children and sanitizing as needed
- Hosting events such as parties or meet and greets with fun characters
- Invoicing Costumers for memberships and events
- Scheduling Staff members weekly
- Ordering and checking inventory
Requirements
- Previous experience in child care is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of POS systems like square is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning
- Commitment to cleanness to prevent the spread of germs
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive interactions with guests
