Sales Manager Trainee
LITTLE TREES, Watertown, NY
Summary:
The Sales Manager Trainee is an entry-level sales role designed to prepare high-potential individuals for promotion to Sales Manager within approximately two years. This position provides hands-on experience across key sales functions including customer relationship management, account growth and business development. Working closely with experienced Sales Managers, the Sales Manager Trainee will learn the business, identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the overall sales success of the Little Trees air fresheners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Little Trees business, products, US and Canadian customer base and competitive landscape.
- Work alongside Sales Managers to understand territory management, account strategy, relationship building and how to sell Little Trees air fresheners.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market expansion efforts.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data .
- Utilize sales data to create compelling sales stories, draw conclusions and make informed recommendations.
- Present findings, recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation for and participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Address day-to-day customer needs.
- Lead and support various sales projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 10% within the US and Canada
Salary: $56,740-$59,740
