What You’ll Do:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Qualifications: NOT NEEDED BUT PREFERRED
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- CDA or early childhood education credits preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for working with children and helping them grow
- Must pass background check and meet licensing requirements
