Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee day-to-day apparel production. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and physical production work.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage weekly schedules for hourly production staff
- Order garments, supplies, and production materials
- Operate and maintain the Direct-to-film transfer printer
- Press shirts and assist with order fulfillment
- Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and organization are met
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable using computers and basic software (Word, Excel, file systems, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Clean, efficient, and process-driven
- Self-motivated and passionate about their work
Bonus Skills
- Prior apparel or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$23 per hour starting, based on experience
- 30–40 hours per week
