Little Talkers Speech Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and skilled speech-language pathologists (SLP) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. We specialize in working with young children and their families, focusing on late talkers, early language development, and speech sound disorders in a play-based, neurodiversity-affirming way.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Missouri license to practice Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with early intervention and preschool-aged children (0–5 years) preferred
- Strong background or interest in late talkers, speech sound disorders, early language development, and autism
- Familiarity with play-based, family-centered therapy approaches
- Ability to produce clear, timely documentation and evaluation reports
- Access to reliable transportation (for in-home, daycare, or community sessions, if applicable)
- Must carry professional liability insurance (required for 1099 contractors)
- Compassionate, dependable, and collaborative team member who values a neurodiversity-affirming approach
