Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Early Childhood Educator role located in Leawood, KS. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing daily educational activities aligned with child development goals, fostering a supportive and creative learning atmosphere, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members, maintaining organized classroom environments, and engaging with families to support children’s growth and development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Development and Working With Children
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills for collaboration with teams and communication with children and families
- Proficiency in Creativity Skills to create engaging and innovative lesson plans and activities
- Strong Organization Skills to manage classrooms, plan activities, and maintain a structured learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one
