What You'll Do
- Conduct thoughtful, individualized assessments and reassessments.
- Create treatment plans that are unique, creative, and evidence-based.
- Provide direct services to clients and equip families with practical strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
- Monitor data daily, celebrate wins, and adjust programs for continued growth.
- Prepare reports that reflect progress and highlight next steps.
- Partner with families, schools, and community providers to ensure holistic care.
- Model the values of integrity, compassion, and teamwork in everything you do.

- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 Central Time (CT).
- Current BCBA certification (BACB in good standing).
- Kansas LBA preferred
- Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
