Job Title: Assistant Teacher
Location: :Little Stars Early Learning Center
Hours: Full-time & Part-time (10-40 hours per week), 6:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Wage: $12.75-$13.50/hour, depending on experience, plus monthly bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Execution:Collaborate with lead teachers in creating, facilitating, and cleaning up developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Child Engagement & Supervision: Supervise and encourage children's involvement in group activities.
- Environment Maintenance: Create a warm, clean, and orderly classroom that encourages exploration.
- Communication & Collaboration: Build professional relationships with families, co-workers, and maintain open and warm communication with parents.
Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: As per DHS Rule 3, including CPR and First Aid. No prior experience necessary; we provide training and additional education in childcare.
- Skills: Positive attitude towards children, ability to communicate effectively, and a willingness to learn.
