Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking to add a Seasonal Front Office Specialist to our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoys working with kids. Our front office job positions allow for flexible schedules as well as education and training opportunities.
What You Need (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass criminal background check
- American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
- Enjoys working with children!

- Salary: $14-$16 depending on experience
- Time and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hours

The Nitty Gritty (Day To Day):
- Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to our patients!
- Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents
- Greet patients/customers
- Verify insurance benefits
- Input data into EMR
- Collect co-payments/deductibles/balances
- Answer and manage phones
- Conduct end of day balancing
When We Operate (Schedule):
- 12, 10 and 8 hour shifts
- Rotating Weekends
- Clinic Hours are as follows: Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
- Sat-Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
Salary : $14 - $16
