Driver/AfterSchool Teacher

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special education needs.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain discipline in the classroom.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Provide STEM activities.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline effectively.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
• Experience with special education practices is a plus.
• First aid certification is desirable.
• Background in tutoring, sports coaching, theater, or other extracurricular activities is beneficial.
