Duties
- Implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, science, motor skills, and social emotional development.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children.
- Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, circle time, play-based learning, and structured educational exercises.
- Support children with needs through individualized early intervention strategies and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress using observational techniques; document findings accurately.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or classroom behavior.

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
