Job Summary
Join our inclusive team as a Lead Teacher, committed to delivering enriching learning experiences for children and families. Reporting to our Director, this full-time role involves:
- Leading, guiding, and supporting a dedicated team to ensure the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Implementing and upholding the center's philosophy in all aspects of your role and daily responsibilities.
- Incorporating contemporary, research-based practices into teaching methodologies.
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, as well as Privacy and Confidentiality protocols.
- Offering support and assistance to the Director and Approved Provider/Management Committee.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with children
- Proficient in classroom management and curriculum development
- Familiarity with speech therapy and early intervention strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
