About the Role:
We are a clinician-owned pediatric occupational and physical therapy practice serving children and families across the greater Charlotte area through mobile therapy services in homes and daycare facilities. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated pediatric OT to join our growing team specifically serving the Huntersville and Lake Norman area. While our practice serves the broader Charlotte metro area, this position is dedicated to building and maintaining a caseload in the Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, and surrounding Lake Norman communities.
This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within an established and supportive practice. The ideal start date is mid to end of July, with 10 to 12 hours per week beginning at the end of August to cover a planned maternity leave. Alongside that guaranteed caseload, you will have the ability to actively build your own caseload from the start — giving you the opportunity to increase your hours and grow towards full time if that is your goal. Prior to the maternity leave beginning, you will have dedicated time to get comfortable with our systems and meet the families and patients you will be covering for.

Employee Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current and active NC OT license in good standing
- Current national certification in good standing
- Active BLS/CPR certification
- Valid NC driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and personal auto insurance meeting NC minimum requirements
- Ability to pass a background check prior to starting
- Comfort working independently in home and community-based settings
- Familiarity with or proximity to the Huntersville and Lake Norman area is a plus
- A genuine passion for pediatric care and working with children and families in their natural environments
