What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Teacher position at Little Spartans Child Development Center?
Little Spartans is looking for a qualified candidate to work as a float with children ages 8weeks-5years. Preferred candidate would have one year experience in the childcare field, as well as an assistant teaching certification. However, would be willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- play, connect, and interact with children
- carrying out age appropriate activities
- Assisting the Lead Teacher with classroom management, as well as planned activities.

- ability to build relationships with children and their families
Requirements:
- Assistant teaching certification
- one year experience in early childhood
