Little Sparks Speech Therapy partners with school districts throughout Missouri to match SLPs with opportunities that fit their preferences and goals. Since every district's needs are different, I'm always looking to connect with therapists who may be interested in future in-person, hybrid, or virtual assignments.
When you apply, I'd love to know:
- Your preferred schedule
- Whether you're interested in hybrid or in-person work
- How far you're’re willing to travel
- The minimum hourly rate that would make an assignment worthwhile for you
Every district and assignment is unique, so compensation varies accordingly. While I can't guarantee every requested rate will be possible, my goal is always to create a compensation package that's fair for both the therapist and the district.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Missouri SLP license (or ability to obtain one)
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CF opportunities may be available depending on the assignment)
