What you’ll do
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Collaborate with director/co-director to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
Basic qualifications
- 12 Core ECE Units (Child, Community and Family, Curriculum, Safety/Nutrition, and Child Development)
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Preferred qualifications
- Basic understanding of what is developmentally appropriate for this age group.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management practices.
- Previous experience in private school settings or daycare environments is a plus.
