What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Front Desk position at Little Smiles Dental?
We are a Pediatric dental office in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a friendly, organized, dependable professional to fill a Full -Time position at the front desk.
Prior experience of at least one year is necessary.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential. Our office utilizes Eaglesoft practice management software and is paperless, so computer skills are necessary. Prior experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients out and collecting payments
- Calling overdue and unscheduled patients
- Verifying and understanding insurance coverage
- Submitting and entering pre-estimates
- Presenting contracts and payment plan options
- Scanning in medical histories, pre-treatment estimates, etc.

Office Hours : Mon - Fri (9:30 am -5:30 pm) No weekends

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
