We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of the elderly entrusted to us. This role is essential to helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life while receiving individualized care in a warm, home-like environment.

Position Overview

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers to provide exceptional resident care

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Indiana
• Active status on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of resident care, including assisting with transfers and mobility
• Commitment to the mission and values of the Little Sisters of the Poor
