Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Creating a classroom environment that is nurturing, inclusive, and safe
- Collaborating with families and fellow staff members to ensure each child’s success
- Observing and documenting developmental milestones
- Upholding MN state childcare licensing standards and center policies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum AA Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain in 30 days of employment)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A positive, dependable, and caring attitude toward children and team members
