Job Overview
We are seeking a positive and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has childhood development experiance and a genuine love for working with young children and helping local famalies. Our teachers are what make our in home daycare a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for toddlers and young children in a in home daycare setting.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- make and record daily snacks and meals.
- Assist with daily routines including nap times, and playtime.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health standards
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall daycare experience for children.
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- be at least 18 years old and pass background check
- Knowledge of infant and toddler care.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to inspire young learners through creative activities.
- Previous experience in caregiving or babysitting is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
Flexible schedule, looking for Tuesday/ Thursday/Friday 8 am- 5 pm with option to add addtional days/hours
