ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid position for someone who’s comfortable in both the OR and the clinic. On surgical days, you’ll scrub cases alongside the surgeon. On clinic days, you’ll be the connective tissue between patients and the practice — taking photos, assisting with patient care, coordinating follow-ups, and helping us deliver the kind of experience that keeps patients coming back.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Scrub on cosmetic and reconstructive surgical cases in our AAAASF-accredited surgery center
• Assist with aesthetic closure
• Take standardized pre-op, post-op, and progress clinical photographs
• Assist with in-clinic patient care: dressings, suture removal, wound checks, and pre-op prep
• Serve as a key liaison between patients and the surgical team throughout their journey
• Help coordinate patient flow and surgical scheduling on clinic days
• Support practice content and education efforts (before/after documentation, patient communication)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Surgical tech experience (CST certification or eligibility required)
• Comfortable in both the operating room and a patient-facing clinical role
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Photography experience or willingness to learn clinical photo protocols
• Warm, professional, and able to make patients feel at ease
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
