About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB, AR - Strike Zone Bowling Center
This position is guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours but can be scheduled to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Physical Effort: Heavy physical effort required is frequent in lifting and moving objects weighting over 50 pounds, and in using heavy hand tools and operating equipment.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Knowledge, skill and ability to operate, maintain, control and clean heavy equipment. Knowledge in the maintenance of bowling lanes, desired but not required. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions. Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include:- Cleans, oils, and polishes the bowling lanes and lane approaches adhering to established standards.
- Sweeps, dusts, and cleans other areas of the bowling facility; collects and removes trash; and maintains all areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Makes minor corrective adjustments to bowling lane machinery as necessary and performs periodic minor preventive maintenance on automatic pinsetter and mechanical equipment.
- Maintains stock levels and records on spare parts for automatic pinsetter and mechanical equipment. Advises bowling facility management of unusual maintenance problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
