Part Time Schedule
Tuesday and Wednesday
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Monday
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Full Time Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Greet patients and assist with check in
Verify and update patient information
Prepare patients for exams
Obtain blood pressure and weight
Schedule patient appointments
Complete prior authorizations
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
Assist with daily office operations
Provide friendly and professional support to patients and coworkers
Qualifications
Medical office experience is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, organized, and able to manage daily responsibilities
Comfortable using computers and office software
Able to work well with patients and coworkers
Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
