Now Hiring: School-Based Mental Health Clinician
Location: Rivendell Interstate School District (in partnership with Little Rivers Health Care)
Little Rivers Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School-Based Mental Health Clinician to provide services within the Rivendell Interstate School District. This role focuses on supporting children and adolescents through accessible, school-based behavioral health services that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to students within the school setting.
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and caregivers to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
- Participate in care coordination with primary care and other behavioral health providers as needed.
- Provide education and support to students, families, and school personnel regarding mental health, coping strategies, and available resources.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure as an LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent (or license-eligible) preferred.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or community setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, families, and school partners with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: $27.88 - $47.00 per hour
