EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors).This experience includes activities such as: providing administrative assistance of completing financial, procurement, property, human resources, and/or other administrative forms; assisting with providing human resources assistance such as tracking personnel actions, maintaining files, and/or coordinating orientation for new employees; and composing files such as reports, memoranda, and/or work schedules. You must include hours per week worked.
To qualify for this position at the GS-07 grade level, you must possess the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement:

This experience includes activities such as: providing administrative oversight of processes such as processing financial, procurement, property, human resources, and/or other administrative forms; providing human resources assistance such as preparing personnel actions, reviewing time and attendance reports for accuracy, maintaining files, and/or coordinating orientation for new employees; and composing files such as reports, memoranda, and/or work schedules. You must include hours per week worked.

Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support Assistant (OA), you will perform the following duties:- Provides accurate and reliable information on administrative functions of the park.
- Tracks and reports on accountable property.
- Resolves issues and problems with forms and data tracking.
- Assists with development and formulation of the budget.
- Maintains financial documents in an automated system.
- Provides human resources information and assistance to park.
- Serves as a liaison with the Servicing Human Resources Office (SHRO).
- Serves as primary timekeeper, reviewing time and attendance reports.
- Uses computers and software for data collection, analysis and collating.
- Types and composes correspondence, memoranda, reports, and schedules.
