Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childcare Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Float Teacher, to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant, supportive environment. Teachers will implement age appropriate child development activities, while maintaining a safe, nuturing, and engaging learning environment for all children. We will work to foster growth across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help lay a strong foundation for children’s lifelong learning and well-being. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and specialists to ensure each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children’s emotional development.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of children’s progress through observations, and documentation to inform parents.
- Create an environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a genuine love for working with children and families.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and social interaction while supporting toddler care and preschool experience.
- Collaborate with specialists in early intervention to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a structured environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children’s development, milestones, and classroom activities to foster strong partnerships.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Background in special education or early intervention programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families.
- CPR/First Aid Certified

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
