Your Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our young learners’ growth by:
- Planning & Teaching: Creating engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Creating a Safe Space: Maintaining a structured, nurturing, and safe classroom
- Tracking Progress: Observing and documenting children’s growth and milestones
- Fostering Social Skills: Encouraging kindness, cooperation, and emotional growth
- Partnering with Families: Building strong communication with parents
- Upholding Safety Standards: Keeping the environment clean and healthy
- Growing Professionally: Participating in regular training and development
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for children and their development
- Willingness to complete our comprehensive two-week training program
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Great communication skills and a team mindset
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to become certified—we’ll help!)
