Visual Merchandiser – Children’s Clothing Boutique
We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our children’s clothing boutique. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for style, understands retail psychology, and knows how to create visually compelling spaces that drive sales.
Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain visual merchandising for the sales floor and window displays
• Style product displays in alignment with brand identity and seasonal collections
• Create engaging, clean, and sales-focused layouts
• Refresh displays regularly to keep the store visually dynamic
• Ensure visual standards are consistently maintained
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Understanding of customer flow and retail merchandising strategies
• Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas
• Experience with children’s or lifestyle brands is a plus
