POSTED ON 10/30/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/8/2027

We have 1 opening in our Prattville office and 1 opening in our Montgomery office!

An Occupational Therapist at Little Peach Pediatric Therapy is primarily responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized therapy that helps children reach their fullest potential. This role brings clinical expertise and heartfelt care together: evaluating developmental needs, building meaningful treatment plans, and showing up every day for the kids and families we serve. An OTR/L plays a central role in our multidisciplinary team, partnering alongside other occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and behavioral health providers to deliver whole-child care that actually moves the needle.

At Little Peach, we exist to champion the next generation through play, creativity, and evidence-based care. Our team members are hard-wired to work hard and refuse to operate on autopilot. These core principles have guided us since 2019, and why we are always seeking leaders, leaders like you, to bring this mission to life.

Our therapy team is the heartbeat of our clinic. Through your role of evaluating, treating, and collaborating, you'll directly shape the developmental trajectories of children across Central Alabama. Every session, every goal, every home plan you send home is a ripple effect, and we can't wait to see the impact you'll make.
