Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Director of Finance to join our corporate team in Seattle, Washington. This leadership role is responsible for providing financial oversight, guidance, and support across a portfolio of unique luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts. The Corporate Director of Finance serves as a trusted business partner to property leadership teams and corporate executives, ensuring financial integrity, operational excellence, and achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and oversight for multiple hotel and resort properties within the Noble House portfolio.
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with property Directors of Finance, General Managers, and Corporate Leadership to drive financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, operating metrics, labor productivity, and profitability trends across the portfolio.
- Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, USALI standards, GAAP, and audit requirements.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and development to property finance leaders and accounting teams.
- Assist with acquisitions, transitions, system implementations, and special corporate projects as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to support strategic business initiatives.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:
- Have previous experience as a Hotel Director of Finance, Regional Director of Finance, Corporate Director of Finance, or equivalent senior hospitality finance leadership role.
- Possess strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and USALI standards.
- Demonstrate experience supporting multiple properties within a decentralized accounting environment.
- Be a collaborative leader who can effectively influence and partner with property and corporate leadership teams.
- Bring exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic priorities and operational execution.
- Have experience with luxury, lifestyle, resort, or full-service hotel operations.
