We are seeking a highly skilled Taskforce Recruiter to join our team on a temporary assignment to support critical hiring needs for Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the unique demands of luxury hospitality recruitment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the resort, including front-of-house, culinary, spa, and leadership roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, including passive candidates, for luxury hospitality roles.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the resort’s ultra-luxury standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and HR leadership to understand staffing needs and provide timely hiring solutions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the resort’s brand, promoting its culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments.
- Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight timelines.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Attributes: Professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
