Your Role: Director of Food & Beverage
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to take the reins of our Food & Beverage operations. As Director of Food & Beverage, you won’t just oversee service—you’ll immerse yourself in it. You’ll be right there on the floor, leading by example, inspiring your team, and elevating every detail of the guest experience.
This is a rare opportunity to blend fine-dining sophistication with the laid-back luxury of a private island. You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to craft ever-evolving menus, create stunning wine pairings, and design memorable cocktail programs.
