Position Summary
The Spa Attendant supports the delivery of a seamless, high-quality guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment. This role ensures all spaces are consistently prepared and guest-ready while supporting the team in delivering efficient, thoughtful service.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and outdoor areas
· Prepare and reset treatment rooms to ensure they are ready, on time, and aligned with service standards
· Restock linens, robes, slippers, and amenities throughout the day to support uninterrupted service
· Support service providers with timely room turnovers and supply needs
· Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and assist with basic needs such as directions, water, and amenities
· Monitor spa spaces to ensure a calm, organized, and guest-ready environment at all times
· Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
· Manage laundry processes, including washing, folding, and organizing linens
· Communicate inventory needs to leadership to maintain appropriate stock levels
· Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
Qualifications
· Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or housekeeping preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent standards
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
· Professional presentation and demeanor
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift
· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
