Do you have a passion for nurturing young children during the most important years of their development? Little Ones is seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn.
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will guide toddlers through meaningful play-based learning experiences that foster social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development. What You'll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
- Support children's social, emotional, language, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families through regular communication.
- Use positive guidance and classroom management techniques.
- Observe and document children's developmental progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to provide exceptional care and education.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
- Must meet all state licensing requirements.
