Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.

- Collaborate with Lead Teacher to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and child welfare guidelines.
Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
