Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children 16 months - 33 months , while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Create a positive environment that encourages social interaction among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area.
- Support children with special needs or developmental challenges as required.
- Foster an atmosphere of respect, kindness, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Experience in babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities.
- Must be 18 years old
-CDA or college credits preferred but not required
