Our Distribution Center is the heart of our daily operations, ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and delivered efficiently to both our retail store and our online customers.

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise.
- Unpack, label, organize, and accurately store inventory within the Distribution Center.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations so merchandise is easy to locate, retrieve, and replenish.
- Ensure products are properly organized and stored to support efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and fulfill online and in-store orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Package shipments professionally to ensure products arrive safely and beautifully.
- Process shipping and receiving activities accurately and on time.
- Coordinate merchandise transfers between the Distribution Center and retail store.
- Assist with pricing, labeling, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and organization projects to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support seasonal projects, inventory events, and operational initiatives.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the success of the team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse, distribution, inventory, shipping/receiving, or retail operations experience preferred.
- Experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, or logistics is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems.
- Ability to safely lift and move merchandise throughout the day.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and seasonal business needs.
