Compensation
- Salary: $70,000 – $100,000
- $5,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
Schedules are developed in partnership with each clinician to ensure consistency of care while supporting individual needs.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental needs
- Support skill development related to daily living, sensory processing, and motor function
- Collaborate closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, and childcare providers
- Educate and partner with families to promote carry over at home
- Maintain organized documentation and manage caseload effectively
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and flexible
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to pass a background check
