Little Miami Middle School is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Middle School Assistant Principal to join our building leadership team. Reporting directly to the Principal and District administration, this full-time, 225-day exempt role is vital to directing the daily activities of our staff and students. The ideal candidate holds a State of Ohio Principal's Certificate (or is actively in the process of obtaining one) and possesses a solid understanding of curriculum, instructional leadership, and data-driven school improvement. In this role, you will work cooperatively with the principal to manage student scheduling, coordinate guidance and special education services, utilize Intervention Based Systems for student growth, and handle minor infractions of the student code of conduct.
