Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time, Monday–Thursday
Pay: $50–$52 per hour, based on experience
Little Long Creek Dental is a privately owned, one-dentist practice in Albemarle, North Carolina, seeking a dependable and compassionate registered dental hygienist to join our close-knit team.
Our practice is focused on providing personalized, high-quality care in a friendly and welcoming environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values having adequate time with patients, building long-term relationships, and working in a supportive private practice without Fridays or weekends.
Position Details
- Full-time, Monday through Thursday
- 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Lunch from 12:30–1:00 p.m.
- No Fridays or weekends
- One-hour hygiene appointments
- Cavitron available for hygienist use
Compensation and Benefits
- $50–$52 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide routine prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments
- Take necessary radiographs and accurately document clinical findings
- Assess periodontal health and educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the dentist and clinical team
- Follow established infection-control and sterilization protocols
- Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina dental hygiene license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Experienced hygienists and newer graduates are both encouraged to apply
