At Little Lights Learning Center, we’re seeking an experienced and dependable Infant Teacher who understands that early care is sacred work.

Infant Teacher

What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Provide attentive, individualized care for infants in a safe, calm, and structured environment.
• Support early learning through sensory play, music, and responsive engagement.
• Maintain consistent communication with families about daily routines, developmental progress, and milestones.
• Partner with your co-teacher and leadership team to create a joyful, faith-centered environment where children thrive.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative, and teamwork in every aspect of your role.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience working with infants (minimum one year preferred) in a licensed childcare or ministry setting.
• A dependable, calm, and nurturing presence that builds trust with children and families.
• Strong attention to detail in health, safety, and developmental best practices.
• A passion for modeling Christ-like love in your daily interactions.
• Education in Early Childhood or a CDA is preferred but not required for the right heart and experience.

3-Year-Old Preschool Teacher

Position Summary

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic 3-Year-Old Teacher to join our preschool team! The ideal candidate will create a fun and educational classroom where children can develop social, emotional, and academic skills through play-based learning and structured curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities following the center’s curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
• Maintain daily routines and ensure safety and supervision of all children
• Build strong, supportive relationships with families through regular communication
• Collaborate with team members to support classroom goals and center initiatives
• Observe and document each child’s growth and progress

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Required: Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–4)
• Passionate about early childhood education and child development
• Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic
• Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
