- Maintain detailed records of children's development, and classroom activities while ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings; classroom management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, implementation, and lesson planning tailored to early childhood learners.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals, and behavior management techniques.
